It's SALARY SURVEY time again! LeadingAge PA’s Salary Survey allows providers to enter employee salary data across a broad spectrum of categories which is then used to supply participants with reports their organizations can use to make informed comparisons of employee compensation and benefits relative to trends across LeadingAge PA’s membership and the membership of similar agencies across five other states. LeadingAge PA members can participate in the survey free of charge and will have access to free on-line reports provided they complete their survey within the designated time frame.

Again this year, L.R. Webber Associates, Inc., will be administering the survey. This will make accessing the Salary Survey questions easier. Participants will have a direct contact with L.R. Webber to answer questions and address issues. The Salary Survey will be open for data submission through February 28, 2017. The results will be available March 14, 2017.
