LeadingAge PA, the voice of not-for-profit senior care in Pennsylvania, today named accomplished industry leader Luanne Reese as its senior vice president and chief operating officer.

With more than a quarter century of experience, Reese's career in aging services has included management roles in strategy, planning, governance, marketing, business development and advocacy. Notably, she served as chief strategy officer for Mease Manor in Dunedin, Florida, where she spearheaded the planning and construction of both a new memory care neighborhood and a multi-disciplinary wellness area. For nearly a decade, she worked at Bon Secours as director of planning and advocacy. Reese most recently served as the operations manager for Extended Care Medicine at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital.

Reese also has been highly engaged with LeadingAge, serving on the LeadingAge Florida board from 1999-2013, and the LeadingAge House of Delegates from 2005-2011.

"We're excited to have someone of Luanne's caliber on our LeadingAge PA management team," said LeadingAge PA President & CEO, Adam Marles. "As our not-for-profit members continue to face increased regulatory challenges and Medicaid funding shortages, it's important to have a team in place that understands the details of these issues and can help our members continue to provide the very best care.:
