LeadingAge PA today announced Natalie Bianco as the new Director of Corporate Partnerships. Bianco will serve a vital role in cultivating valuable business relationships for the Association and its members.

"We are excited to have Natalie join us," said Luanne Reese, Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of LeadingAge PA. "Her understanding of the senior services market and dedication to building strong relationships will allow her to enhance our business partnerships."

While Bianco hold vast communications and marketing experience, she most recently served as the Director of Development for Bethany Village. She contributed to the quality of senior services at Bethany Village in several other key positions since 2005, including Senior Retirement Counselor and leader of the Bethany Village Operations Team. In addition, Bianco conducts accreditation surveys for The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is a certified Resilient Leadership trainers.

"I immediately saw a dedication to seniors when Natalie and I met," said Reese. "Her dedication to not-for-profit senior care was a perfect fit to assist our members by growing the partnerships with our business members," said Reese.
