Administrator-in-Training Scholarship Recipient

LeadingAge PA is pleased to award a scholarship to one provider member that hosts an administrator-in-training candidate in a Pennsylvania State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators-approved program. The $25,000 scholarship helps to support the member organization with developing leaders in senior living.

In 2018, Asbury Heights, a UPMC Senior Community, was awarded the AIT scholarship. Its candidate, Todd Heitz, is driven by his desire to make a difference in the lives of the community's residents. Heitz said, "in this role, I can be part of a bigger change that can inspire positive experiences for residents, for many years to come."
