LeadingAge PA’s Salary Survey allows providers to enter employee salary data across a broad spectrum of categories which is then used to supply participants with reports their organizations can use to make informed comparisons of employee compensation and benefits relative to trends across LeadingAge PA’s membership and the membership of similar agencies across five other states.
L.R. Webber Associates, Inc. will be administering the survey. Participants will have a direct contact with L.R. Webber to answer questions and address issues. Participants will provide us with the name(s) of the personnel from your community or parent corporation who will be responsible for completing the survey. The wage information should include the 2018 rates effective as of January 1, 2018.
The Salary Survey will be open for data submission from January 31, 2018 through March 9, 2018.

Once we receive a completed Authorization and Verification Form, the assignee(s) will receive a user name and password and complete instructions on accessing the Salary Survey. Only the assignee(s) from your organization will be able to complete the survey and only participating Communities / Parent Corporations will have access to the final survey results.
If there is a charge for your participation in the survey, an invoice will be sent to the individual noted as the assignee - if the billing contact/address is different, we will request the billing contact.
