We are so proud of the many successes that you, our members, have achieved - through your work as individuals and as groups - to support our shared mission of improving not-for-profit senior services in Pennsylvania. Recognizing the need to showcase the exemplary work of our members, we created the Distinguished Service Awards program in 1973.
These awards, presented in June during the annual conference in Hershey, are your opportunity to share with us the tremendous work individual members and member organizations have performed to enhance the field of aging services through their involvement, innovation, leadership, or advocacy, and their personal or organizational generosity. These members have raised the bar not only through their daily interactions with residents, families, and co-workers, but they also set the new standard for excellence in senior services throughout Pennsylvania.
We invite you to learn more about the unique criteria for each of the eight service awards and encourage you to nominate deserving individuals and groups who have dedicated themselves to the betterment of not-for-profit senior services in Pennsylvania.
