CHI Living Communities (CHI Living) seeks a dynamic and innovative President/Chief Executive Officer (President/CEO) to lead the organization in the next stage of its evolution and growth. The President/CEO will collaborate with CommonSpirit Health (CommonSpirit) leadership to drive growth, innovation, strategic alignment, and synergies between CHI Living and CommonSpirit ministries. CHI Living provides the highest quality of service and care to 2,500 residents at 13 campuses in seven states - Colorado, Iowa, Kentucky, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, and Wisconsin. The comprehensive continuum of care includes affordable housing, independent living, assisted living, Alzheimer's care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services provided in 2,636 units. CHI Living employs more than 2,000 dedicated staff, and focuses on enriching the lives of residents every day. It has annual revenues of approximately $140 million, an EBIDA margin of 16 percent, and a budgeted operating margin of 4.6 percent. Their communities provide the highest quality of care and services, as measured by state surveys, CMS 5-Star ratings, Joint Commission accreditation, and resident and staff satisfaction. CHI Living is committed to providing care in state-of-the-art communities and currently has four major construction projects underway totaling more than $39 million.

The President/Chief Executive Officer reports to Paul Edgett, III, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Business Lines Officer of CommonSpirit, and will serve as a key member of the CommonSpirit's Enterprise Business Development Team which is responsible for identifying and implementing significant and incremental post-acute revenue growth. Direct reports include the Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Mission Integration.

The President/CEO will be an inspirational leader who will be a strong steward of CHI Living's and CommonSpirit's mission and values. S/he will lead the organization in the fulfillment of CHI Living's mission while serving as a strong steward of the organization's resources. The President/CEO will create a forward-thinking, growth-oriented strategic plan to create the future direction for CHI Living. That future direction will identify opportunities to further align CHI Living with CommonSpirit in the achievement of system's goals and objectives and to create competitive advantages. The President/CEO will lead purposeful and significant growth of CHI Living. S/he will own the ultimate accountability for CHI Living's service, operational, financial, and quality performance excellence. S/he will serve as a visible, enthusiastic, and diplomatic spokesperson of CHI Living and gain a reputation, both internally and externally, as an innovative, forward-thinking industry leader.
