Senior living professionals, especially those involved in planning for assisted living communities and personal care homes, will gain insight into the methods used to develop a master plan and garner community support. Additionally, participants will be able to identify methods of creating flexibility with implementation, discover ways of implementing resident buy-in for campus projects, and explore the selection process for building removal from a campus.
