The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced district manager to join our Cura Hospitality team in Indiana. As a district manager, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple fee and P &L accounts. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing healthcare accounts in the Midwest to ensure compliance with client, company, and CMS standards. 
  • Managing strategic account planning, budget analysis, and client reporting. 
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote their consistent application. 
  • Auditing units to ensure conformance with company, government, and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes regarding food storage, preparation, sanitation, and record keeping. 
  • Providing guidance and leadership to food service directors, area managers, and other district associates. 
  • Providing overall planning and direction within your district to achieve operational, financial, sales and retention goals. 
  • Developing leadership skills of exempt employees.


What we're looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • At least five years of management experience, with at least 2 years of healthcare and multi-unit P & L management experience. 
  • Track record of retaining clients and growing your business.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Financial and business acumen. 
  • Adept at providing timely and candid feedback to direct reports to support their development.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency at learning software. 
  • Enjoy multi-tasking and have ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate skill with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 
  • Food safety certification through ServSafe. 


  • Contract management experience. 
  • Strong presentation skills.
