Job description

We are looking for a full-time Membership and Database Coordinator. This position takes the lead on LeadingAge NJ & DE provider member and business partner retention, engagement and recruitment efforts as well as dues invoicing, while supporting association membership database management, advocacy, education, and events. This is a full-time hybrid position; remote plus Hamilton, NJ. Travel within New Jersey and Delaware required.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000


The LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware office is located in Hamilton, New Jersey. Employees are able to work remotely with travel required to Hamilton or other locations in New Jersey and Delaware for member engagement opportunities and events.


The successful candidate must be a highly organized self-starter with strong Microsoft Office Skills and attention to detail. This person should be personable and professional in their communications both via phone and in writing.
