Loucks was selected for this position by Redstone’s Board of Directors, following the announcement of former president and CEO John R Dickon IV’s retirement. -

On July 31, 2025, Redstone’s President and Chief Executive Officer, John R. Dickson, IV, officially marked his retirement. The retirement, first announced at Redstone’s annual Gala in November of 2024, has been a carefully planned transition that ensures Redstone’s stability and opportunities for future growth. Since the announcement, there have been many strategic meetings, and multiple opportunities to celebrate Dickson’s leadership. -
