The Five-Star Analysis report explains the three components of the Five-Star rating: inspections, staffing hours per resident day, and quality measures. The facility-specific reports are provided exclusively to LeadingAge PA members quarterly, and indicate where to focus improvement efforts in resident care to increase your rating.
