Are LeadingAge PA's webinars and educational events accredited?
LeadingAge PA is pleased to offer numerous webinars and educational events throughout the year, most of which have been accredited for continuing education units by the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB). Please check the event on the Calendar of Events page on the LeadingAge PA website to determine which events are offering CEUs.
Which agencies does LeadingAge PA use to accredit its webinars and events?
It varies by event and webinar whether CEUs are being offered. However, LeadingAge PA has the ability to offer CEUs by the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) for nursing home administrators and personal care home administrators. LeadingAge PA is also registered with the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy (PALS) and can provide a certificate of completion for CPE hours for finance professionals.
The LeadingAge PA Annual Conference offers NAB credits and PALS certificates. Participants can also receive a certificate listing the sessions they attended for self-submission to social work and human resources accrediting bodies.
Additionally, for education event participants who require CEUs for a licensing board that has not been listed, LeadingAge PA is pleased to issue a general Certificate of Attendance. Participants may use these to self-submit documentation of the continuing education to their licensing board.

As a NAB-certified sponsor, LeadingAge PA can offer continuing education units to personal care home administrators.
Both NHA and PCHA are required to register through NAB's CE Registry.
CEUs are applied to educational offerings based on content.
