LeadingAge PA is committed to increasing student awareness of the diverse career opportunities and rewards available in the aging services sector. We are excited to sponsor internship grants that support LeadingAge PA members who are interested in offering paid internships at their communities for a duration of eight to ten weeks.

These grants assist staff from member communities in Pennsylvania as they pursue degrees, certifications, and continuing education in aging services. This not only enhances their professional experience but also inspires individuals to develop a passion for leadership in the sector.

For 2026, LeadingAge PA awarded 31 scholarships totaling nearly $40,000 through this program. Read the announcement for more details here
