Every year we award more than $100,000 in scholarships, internships, and grants to staff of provider member organizations - and invest in workforce initiatives like Careers To Love Day to further enhance efforts during a critical staff shortage.

Types of Membership
Want to become a member of LeadingAge PA? Whether you are a provider of senior services in Pennsylvania, a business owner that works with the senior living industry, or a retiree whose career was focused on serving the Commonwealth’s aging population, LeadingAge PA has a membership designed for you.
Provider
LeadingAge PA provider memberships are open to quality organizations that are providing care, services, or housing for the aging, which includes nursing homes, personal care homes, CCRCs or Life Plan Communities, housing facilities, and community services.
Provider membership applies not only to the parent company or organization that serves Pennsylvania seniors, but also to all employees of that provider. Provider members are eligible to vote and to serve on LeadingAge PA committees, task forces, and on the board of directors.
Provider membership in LeadingAge PA is a joint membership with our national affiliate, LeadingAge, and membership in both LeadingAge PA and LeadingAge is required. Annual member dues vary based on annual program service revenue.
Business
Businesses may join LeadingAge PA through two levels of membership: business membership and business-exhibitor membership. Regardless of the type of business membership chosen, business membership is open to commercial and professional organizations that offer services and/or products to organizations eligible for LeadingAge PA provider membership. Although business members may serve on select LeadingAge PA committees and task forces, they are not eligible for LeadingAge PA’s board of directors. Companies owning, operating, or managing facilities or organizations that are eligible for either LeadingAge PA provider or affiliate membership are ineligible to join LeadingAge PA as business members.
In addition to the benefits we offer to our business members, organizations that join LeadingAge PA as business-exhibitor members enjoy the perk of exhibiting at the LeadingAge PA Annual Conference + EXPO. This advantage is only available to business members that select the business-exhibitor option.
