Investing in the Workforce 

At LeadingAge PA, we believe that when our aging services staff grow, the whole community benefits. That’s why each year we award grants, scholarships, and internship opportunities to help member communities recruit new teammates, strengthen skills, and support ongoing development.

Programs

Professional Development Scholarships

Helps staff access continuing education, certifications, and skill-building opportunities.

Administrator-in-Training Grant

Supports the development of future leaders in aging services by providing funding for training administrators.
