The LeadingAge PA Professional Development Scholarship Program supports employees of member communities as they advance their education and careers. Scholarships may be used for degree programs, certifications, continuing education, and other professional development opportunities that enhance the quality of care and services provided to older adults.

By investing in the professional growth of aging services professionals, LeadingAge PA is helping build a stronger workforce to meet the evolving needs of Pennsylvania's older adults.
