LeadingAge PA Awards Grants to Support Workforce Development and Future Leaders in Aging Services
MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (October 20, 2025) — LeadingAge PA has awarded its 2026 workforce development grants to nine member communities to enhance career pathways in aging services.

The AIT grant funds the comprehensive training required for an individual to become a licensed nursing home administrator.
“These grants reflect our dedication to preparing the next generation of leaders in aging services,” said LeadingAge PA President & CEO Garry Pezzano. “By supporting these programs, we’re helping to build a stronger workforce and encourage more individuals to find purpose in serving older adults.”
