EmpathyTech Philadelphia 2025, co-hosted by Pletly and A Step Up Academy (ASUA), will be held on November 19, 2025, at the iconic Tork Club in Lincoln Financial Field.
This year's theme, “Inclusion — Every Step of the Way,” will bring together innovators and leaders from technology, education, neurodiversity, and aging services to discuss how empathy fuels meaningful innovation and inclusive design.

Opening Speaker
Kaelynn Partlow – autistic therapist, public speaker, content creator, and author of Life on the Bridge. Commonly known for her appearance on Netflix’s Love on the Spectrum, Kaelynn is a recognized advocate for autism inclusion. As an author and through her work with the Project Hope Foundation, Inc., she provides therapy, mentorship, and nationwide autism education.
Keynote Speaker:
Anita Nowak – empathy evangelist, author, speaker, podcaster, award-winning educator, and certified coach. Backed by neuroscience, positive psychology, leadership theory, and ancient wisdom, Anita is committed to helping individuals and organizations embrace empathic leadership and co-create an empathic workplace culture.
