Policy Hour: Setting the Stage for 2026 Advocacy

At the start of the FY 2026–27 state budget process and the final year of the Pennsylvania General Assembly’s two-year session, this Policy Hour will outline LeadingAge PA’s budget advocacy strategy and key policy priorities for the year ahead.

Participants will receive updates on Medicaid pending delays and related challenges, regulatory barriers, inconsistencies in surveys, workforce challenges, staffing ratios, and affordable housing initiatives. The session will also highlight practical ways for members to engage in advocacy, including using VoterVoice, participating in legislative breakfasts, and taking part in Lobby Day.
