This includes the changes to the 70% Accountability Requirement, including the significant updates enacted as part of the recently approved FY 2026-2027 Pennsylvania state budget. Sample calculations will be provided, along with a discussion of penalties for not meeting the 70% Accountability Requirement and the impact of these recent changes.
With the recent change from RUGs to PDPM, we will review the impact on the Medicaid rate-setting calculation and how rates will be calculated during the phase-in period. Sample calculations will be provided.CEU Info
