Data Centers and Land Use: What senior living Providers Need to Know - Webinar

Data center development is accelerating across Pennsylvania, bringing new land-use and infrastructure questions to aging services providers. This session will look at what is driving that growth and why Pennsylvania has become an attractive market for developers. McNees Wallace & Nurick attorney, Esch McCombie, will walk through how data centers move through the zoning and permitting process and what providers should know if a proposed project might impact their campus, surrounding properties, or future development plans. Attendees will gain a better understanding of what to watch for as data center activity expands into more communities.
