Russ began his role as Chief Operating Officer at EverTrue Living in 2025. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Operations for HumanGood, and has worked in the senior living industry since 2006 through positions with Living Branches, Frederick Living, and Presby’s Inspired Life. 

Russ holds an Executive MBA from Penn State, and a BA in Communications from Eastern University. In December 2023, he earned a Graduate Certificate from Penn State in Negotiation and Influence.
