Amy Young serves as Vice President of Business Development at Wagman Construction, bringing over 21 years of dedicated experience in the aging services sector and more than a decade of leadership in the construction industry. A former nursing home administrator and executive director, Amy offers a unique, dual perspective on both the operational challenges faced by providers and the strategic development of high-quality, sustainable environments for older adults.

In her current role at Wagman, a fourth-generation family-owned firm, Amy leads strategic growth and cultivates client relationships. She partners with aging service providers to plan and execute complex campus transformations that enhance resident experience and support long-term sustainability.

Amy is an alumna of the LeadingAge PA Fellows in Leadership program and has served as the Chair of the Fellows in Leadership Alumni Council, where she supports the development of emerging leaders in the aging services field. She is passionate about advancing the industry through collaboration, innovation, and mentorship.

Amy resides in York, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Brian, and has two grown children and one granddaughter. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, Penn State sports, and spending time with her family.
