Jessica Bartol is a Michigan-based chef with more than 25 years of experience across hospitality, retail, catering, education, and senior living dining. Jessica’s culinary career began at Zingerman’s Bakehouse, where she developed a strong foundation in hospitality and artisan food production. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, she has held leadership roles with Hudson’s Department Stores, Hillers Markets, The Edsel Ford Mansion, Oakland University, and Weight Watchers as a corporate chef.

 

Jessica has overseen dining programs for 12 senior living communities across three states and managed Delta Sky Clubs in Detroit, Chicago, and Nashville. She is passionate about the evolution of the foodservice industry and the powerful intersection of innovation, hospitality, and community.
