Elisa Bovee is the Vice President of Clinical Strategies at HealthProHeritage. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, she is dedicated to advocating for patients through education and clinical guidance.

Bovee holds a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Tufts University and has significant expertise in post-acute care. She excels at educating interdisciplinary teams, including management, operators, owners, and investors. As a national speaker, she delivers programs that provide regulatory and clinical insights to a wide range of healthcare professionals.

In her role, Bovee collaborates with post-acute care providers to implement Medicare, Managed Care, and Medicaid PDPM reimbursement strategies across various care settings. She also leads initiatives focused on census and network development.

Furthermore, Bovee serves as a Subject Matter Expert at Rainmakers Solutions, where she contributes to a contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) that involves support and maintenance of the MDS/RAI User’s Manual.
