Sandro Cilurzo is Co-Founder and CEO of Helpany, a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and a recognized voice in privacy-preserving AI for aging services. With deep expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, he also serves as a visiting lecturer at the University of Lucerne, where he teaches machine learning. Before founding Helpany, Sandro worked as a Cybersecurity Officer at a Swiss psychiatric clinic, where he identified critical safety gaps affecting older adults. Today, he partners with senior living providers to advance proactive fall prevention, resident safety, and operationally sustainable care across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. He has delivered keynotes and presentations at LeadingAge Arizona, ALFA, AHCA, and other industry forums.
