Michael Falbo is the Chief Financial Officer for Concordia Lutheran Ministries, the 19th largest non-profit senior living organization in the country per the LZ200. He has been in that position since 2019 and prior to that was the Director of Finance at one of Concordia’s largest corporations. In his time at Concordia, he has been involved in approximately 20 acquisitions/affiliations or starts ups of new business. Prior to his time at Concordia, he was an auditor at a CPA firm and specialized in non-profit healthcare. He has a masters degree in business administration and bachelors degrees in accounting and marketing. In his personal life he is heavily involved with his family as well as his church.
