Non-Commercial Business Solution Specialist
Jackie Gifford holds a
degree in nutrition from Penn State University and has more than 15 years of
experience in aging services. She began her career in 2009 as a corporate
dietitian, spending over a decade overseeing nutritional services across a
chain of long-term care communities. In 2018, Gifford became a licensed Nursing
Home Administrator in Pennsylvania and served in that role throughout the
COVID-19 pandemic, gaining firsthand leadership experience during one of the
industry’s most challenging periods. In 2024, she joined Gordon Food Service as
a Business Solutions Specialist, where she provides industry guidance and helps
healthcare and aging services organizations access the products, tools, and
value-added solutions needed to support operational success.
