Joseph P. Harford, Ph.D., CSDS, is the Founder and President of Reclamere, a Pennsylvania-based cybersecurity and data security firm serving highly regulated organizations, including healthcare, senior care, financial services, education, government, and professional services. Since founding Reclamere in 2001, Harford has helped organizations strengthen cybersecurity governance, incident response readiness, secure data destruction, IT asset management, vendor risk management, and operational resilience. He regularly speaks and writes on cybersecurity readiness, incident response, business continuity, third-party risk, secure IT asset disposition, and the evolving role of governance in protecting organizations from modern threats, including AI-enabled social engineering and ransomware.
