Frances Jones, MS, OTR/L, is a seasoned healthcare executive serving as Director of Therapy Operations – Senior Living, with more than 30 years of experience in occupational therapy and healthcare leadership. She is recognized for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and high-quality outcomes in long-term care.

Prior to joining QRM, Frances was Vice President of Business Development at Powerback Rehabilitation, where she led market strategy and expansion across the Southeastern United States. Since joining the organization in 2003, she advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations.

A dedicated mentor and advocate for geriatric care, Frances holds degrees from Virginia Tech and the University of Indianapolis and has been a licensed occupational therapist since 1992.
