Dyan McAlister, CPA, MIM is the Chief Finance and Strategy Officer at Presbyterian Senior Living, where she leads enterprise finance, strategic planning, capital development, and organizational transformation initiatives. With 27 years of experience in nonprofit healthcare and aging services, Dyan has built a career centered on financial stewardship, strategic growth, operational optimization, and governance.

In her current role, Dyan collaborates closely with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term business strategies that align mission, operational excellence, and financial sustainability. Her expertise includes strategic planning, nonprofit finance, capital markets, governance, mergers and acquisitions, investment oversight, and stakeholder engagement. She is recognized for fostering strong relationships with boards, executive teams, and external partners while advancing innovative solutions within aging services.

Dyan currently serves on the boards of Prelude Systems, Benchmark Therapies, Inc., and Three Oaks Senior Dining, LLC. She is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences on topics including strategy, finance, risk management, and the future of aging services.

Dyan earned a Master’s in Strategic Management from Penn State Smeal College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Mathematics from Messiah College. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
