In her role as the Director of Workforce Policy, Amanda Mead leads the overall strategy for workforce policy at LeadingAge. She successfully advances various elements of the organization's workforce policy agenda. Mead is responsible for developing and implementing solutions related to both domestic and immigration workforce policies. Additionally, she monitors and analyzes current and emerging legislative proposals to assess their potential impact on LeadingAge members.
