Michael Shaw has 25 years of senior living management experience and has led nonprofit life plan communities in four states. As President and CEO of White Horse Village, he brings a practical executive perspective to organizational strategy, operational integration, and sustainable growth. Shaw is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Florida and Virginia and holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Action Pact, the Eden Alternative, and Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administration.
