Trisha K. Shearer directs the Human Resources Compliance and Consulting Division at Webber Advisors. She is passionate about helping other HR professionals and business owners meet today’s workforce challenges. Trisha understands and recognizes the unique qualities of every organization from their mission and vision to their culture and workforce.

Trisha has over 28 years of experience in Human Resources. She began her career in the community banking industry where she held various HR positions. Most recently, Trisha was promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources prior to joining Webber Advisors as Vice President of HR Compliance and Consulting.

Trisha graduated from Bucknell University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
