Cassandre Voltaire, DO, ABWMS, is a physician and wound care educator whose work focuses on improving wound prevention, clinical decision-making, and care reliability in long-term care. Her connection to the field began as a certified nursing assistant before medical school, an experience that continues to shape how she approaches the realities of frontline care. Through her clinical and educational work, Dr. Voltaire helps nursing teams strengthen wound assessment, prevention, documentation, escalation, and follow-through while reducing unnecessary complexity and burden. She is the creator of NoGuess™, a wound care reliability framework designed to help skilled nursing teams translate clinical knowledge into consistent everyday practice across shifts, disciplines, and transitions of care.
