Harriett Wall is the President and CEO of LW Consulting, Inc., with over 30 years of experience in healthcare compliance and management. She works with a diverse range of clients, including attorneys, hospitals, physician practices, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, medical device companies, as well as Independent Diagnostic Treatment Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and behavioral health centers. Wall provides guidance on compliance, documentation, coding, and billing for emerging technologies and treatments, including digital health, psychedelic therapies, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Wall has extensive experience leading Independent Review Organization (IRO) activities for healthcare organizations with reporting obligations under a Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA), including Claims Review and Focus Arrangements Review engagements. She has overseen compliance initiatives, including risk assessment and gap analysis, and has provided ongoing compliance monitoring. Additionally, she has directed commercialization efforts for durable medical equipment (DME) and wearable technology and advised digital health providers on coding, reimbursement, and compliance.

Wall holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from Northeastern University. She holds a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance and is an active member of HCCA and AHLA.
