LeadingAge PA is committed to increasing student awareness of the various career opportunities and rewards that can be found from pursuing a career in the long-term care field. We are pleased to sponsor the Higher Education Internship Grants, dedicated to supporting LeadingAge PA members interested in providing a paid intern at their community over a period of eight to 10 weeks. Paid higher education internships enhance professional experiences and can inspire a passion for leadership in future employees! For 2024, we awarded a total of $48,000 in grants to 8 LeadingAge PA member communities.
