LOUIS, MO – Three Oaks Senior Dining, a leader in hospitality-driven culinary services for large multi-campus senior living systems, announced today that EverTrue, a premier provider of aging services based in St. Louis, has joined the Three Oaks partnership. EverTrue joins Presbyterian Senior Living (PSL) and Culinesse as a founding partner, strengthening the collaboration’s commitment to redefining dining experiences for older adults nationwide.

The addition of EverTrue enhances Three Oaks’ ability to deliver exceptional dining programs rooted in culinary innovation, operational excellence, and genuine hospitality. Together, the partners bring decades of experience across aging services, food and beverage management, and senior living operations to enrich resident life and set new industry standards.

Under the partnership, Three Oaks Senior Dining will oversee dining operations across EverTrue communities in Missouri, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. The transition of EverTrue communities to Three Oaks Senior Dining will begin in Missouri and Illinois in late October 2025, and in Pennsylvania at a later date.
