Health Dimensions Group® Promotes Josh Bray to Regional Director of Operations
MINNEAPOLIS (Nov. 4, 2025) – Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a leading senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minn., is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Bray to regional director of operations.

In his new position, Bray will provide leadership for a portfolio of senior living communities, focusing on operational excellence, the resident experience, and census growth. His key responsibilities will include managing and mentoring executive directors, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing and executing budgets, and implementing company-wide strategies.
Bray joined HDG in 2023 as the executive director at Dimensions Living® Appleton, a senior living community in Appleton, Wisc. His steadfast leadership and advocacy for older adults at the community earned him the title of senior executive director. His strong leadership and ability to enhance operational, financial, and quality outcomes at Dimensions Living Appleton made him the ideal candidate for an elevated regional director of operations position with HDG.
During his time at Dimensions Living Appleton, Bray contributed to their occupancy reaching 100%, the community earned a 2023 American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living Bronze Commitment to Quality Award, as well as the 2025 Best Memory Care Facility Award in the voter's choice Best of the Valley Awards. Prior to joining HDG, Bray worked as the executive director at Eden Senior Care in Oshkosh, Wisc.
