Health Dimensions Group® Expands Its Managed Communities Portfolio in Iowa by 10
MINNEAPOLIS (Feb. 2, 2026) – Health Dimensions Group (HDG) — a leading senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, has expanded its portfolio of managed communities in Iowa. HDG now provides management services and day-to-day operational oversight for an additional 10 senior living communities in the Hawkeye State.
The 10 additions to the HDG portfolio of managed communities include all of the Edencrest Communities (Edencrest) locations developed and constructed by Hubbell Realty Company (Hubbell) based in West Des Moines, Iowa. Hubbell and HDG have had a long-standing relationship that has led to management services of the Edencrest senior living communities.

HDG now manages all Edencrest locations throughout Central Iowa , including Adel, Altoona, Ankeny, two communities in Des Moines, Johnston, Pleasant Hill, Norwalk, Urbandale, and Waukee.
