March 4, 2026

MINNEAPOLIS (March 4, 2026) – Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a leading senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minn., is pleased to announce the addition of a new team member and the promotion of another on their workforce solutions team. Nick Fucile is joining the HDG team as the senior director, workforce solutions, and Zach Volz has been promoted to director, workforce solutions.

“This investment and expansion in our workforce solutions team will support HDG’s continued focus on recruiting and attracting high quality talent for interim leadership and executive search clients,” said Sarah Friede, HDG senior vice president, workforce and consulting services. “Nick and Zach share our organization’s deep commitment to older adults and our values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Integrity, Respect, and Humor®. We are excited to leverage their invaluable expertise and refined skills to continue to drive growth, innovation, and client success across the senior living, post-acute, the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and healthcare sectors as the need for connecting organizations with qualified leaders grows exponentially.”

Leadership recruitment and retention are among the biggest challenges that senior services providers face today. Intense competition, national labor shortages, and burn-out have made it increasingly difficult for organizations to maintain stable leadership teams. Fucile and Volz strengthen the organization’s ability to support senior living and care providers by ensuring clients have access to experienced and qualified leadership during times of transition. Fucile, Volz, and the entire HDG workforce solutions team accomplish this by utilizing their knowledge of workforce trends, conducting extensive market research, and implementing technology and tools to find the right fit for hundreds of organizations.

Fucile brings with him over a decade of experience in the senior living industry, including a well-rounded skill set in operations, sales and marketing, and talent acquisition. He is a familiar face at HDG, as he previously served the organization as regional director of operations and regional director of sales and marketing. Prior to rejoining the HDG team, Fucile served in operational and business development leadership roles at North Shore Healthcare, Encore Management and Development, and Eden Senior Care.

Volz began with HDG as a talent acquisition specialist, quickly working his way up to talent acquisition manager, and now director, workforce solutions. In his most recent role, he led HDG’s centralized recruiting team serving clients throughout the country. He has displayed his deep commitment to serving HDG’s clients through his natural leadership skills and exceptional ability to build industry relationships and a strong talent pipeline. Prior to joining HDG, Volz served as the executive director at Grace Lutheran Communities.

“Nick and Zach exemplify HDG’s commitment for helping our interim leadership and executive search clients nationwide attract and retain top talent,” Leah Lindgren, HDG executive vice president of consulting, sales, and marketing said. “We look forward to their leadership as HDG builds on its reputation as a valued partner in senior living and care workforce solutions dedicated to our clients’ success.”
