LeadingAge PA Kicks Off Legislative Breakfast Series

By Austin Cawley, Legislative Director, LeadingAge PA
March 26, 2026

LeadingAge PA is bringing together aging services providers, stakeholders, and legislative leaders throughout the next few weeks across the state at our annual legislative breakfast series.

The Government Affairs team has been updating members and legislators of our advocacy priorities, highlighting key legislative and regulatory developments from the 2025 and 2026 sessions. While also offering important context on the challenges and trends shaping the sector.

New this year, the team is guiding an interactive advocacy listening session, where participants engage in roundtable discussions with peers and policymakers. These conversations have been focused on critical issues facing aging services providers, including workforce challenges, regulatory pressures, and opportunities for innovative policy solutions.

The events so far are providing a valuable opportunity for direct dialogue between providers and legislative leaders, reinforcing the importance of collaboration in addressing the needs of Pennsylvania’s aging population. A big thank you to Jenner's Pond and Christ's Home for their hospitality and for hosting our Southeast Regional Breakfasts.

LeadingAge PA will continue with our regional breakfasts across the Commonwealth to strengthen connections between providers and policymakers and to advance policies that support high-quality aging services.
