Natalie MacDonald Promoted to Chief Operating Officer at LeadingAge PA

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (April 15, 2026)—LeadingAge PA has announced the promotion of Natalie MacDonald to Chief Operating Officer.

In her new role, MacDonald oversees operations, finance, and administrative functions while advancing partnerships that drive growth, alignment, and long-term value for LeadingAge PA and its members.

MacDonald brings more than 20 years of experience in the aging services sector and has been with LeadingAge PA since 2019. Throughout her tenure, she has played a key role in streamlining internal operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and strengthening the association’s strategic partnerships with focus and efficiency.

In addition to her extensive communications, development, and marketing experience within the senior living sector, MacDonald was a CARF surveyor and a Resilient Leadership trainer. She earned her degree in Specialized Business from the PA Institute of Culinary Arts.
