MINNEAPOLIS (June 4, 2026) – Health Dimensions Group (HDG) — a leading senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minn., is proud to announce that nine of its managed communities have been recognized as recipients of the 2026 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The award recognizes long-term and post-acute care providers that have demonstrated their dedication to providing quality care and improving the lives of the residents they serve.

"Congratulations to each of these communities for their commitment to excellence and continuous quality improvement," said Barbara Klick, executive vice president of quality at HDG. "This recognition reflects the dedication of team members who work every day to create exceptional experiences for residents and families while continually strengthening the care and services they provide. We are proud of these communities for embracing a culture of performance excellence and resident-centered care, and we appreciate AHCA/NCAL's National Quality Award Program for providing organizations with a meaningful framework for enhancing quality."
The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is a rigorous three-level process in which organizations are reviewed and evaluated against a set of nationally recognized standards for organizational excellence: the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework. The framework helps organizations achieve superior performance over time, ultimately enhancing the quality of care and life for long-term care residents. Providers begin this quality improvement journey at the Bronze level, where they develop an organizational profile outlining key elements such as their vision, mission, customer base, and core strengths and challenges. The nine HDG-managed communities are among the 893 providers across the nation recognized with the Bronze Award in 2026.
“Earning the Bronze Quality Award reflects a strong commitment to continuous improvement and delivering quality care every day,” said AHCA/NCAL President & CEO Clif Porter. “Congratulations to this year’s recipients for taking this important step in the quality journey. We are excited to see all they will accomplish in the years ahead.”
