Cura Hospitality Celebrates National Culinary Arts Month at Pennsylvania Senior Living Communities

This month, the Cura dining team isinspired by Mushroom Stroganoff served over egg noodles, a Pennsylvania food tradition that is prepared at the talented hands of Cura Hospitality Director of Dining Services at Phoebe Richland Alexis Strelecki, RD, along with her Assistant Director of Dining Services Shannon Elia.  This vegetarian option to this traditional Pennsylvania dish is enjoyed by residents at PHOEBE RICHLAND HEALTH CARE CENTER, a Phoebe Ministries senior living community. Being close to Kennett Square, PA, the “Mushroom Capital of the World”, we are able to procure an assortment of fresh, local mushrooms - the main ingredient for Mushroom Stroganoff, a dish that is savory, hearty, healthy and often enjoyed by all!
