Mark Hackenburg, one of two principal owners of RGS Associates, has more than 30 years of experience in site planning and design. He is passionate about the power of well-designed communities and implementing effective land-use planning tools. Hackenburg is responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction on project design and client interaction. He is highly engaged in project development and is involved in key meetings with municipal and agency leaders at critical decision points throughout a project.  Respected for his knowledge of the senior living market, he presents land-planning topics related to this sector and provides firm leadership.
