David C. Marshall

David C. Marshall is a shareholder in Latsha, Davis and Marshall and is a member of its health care practice group, focusing on long-term and post-acute care providers.  He provides guidance on regulatory and licensure matters, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, HIPAA, fraud and abuse, corporate compliance, real estate tax exemption matters, and corporate issues. He received his Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.
