This webinar will teach you to understand the basic principles associated with violence, the cost of workplace violence, and the volatility cycle.  We will examine the five warning signs of escalating behavior and learn to apply an appropriate response to the situation.  This course will also identify tips to help you de-escalate a volatile situation.  You will learn how to analyze your workplace to ensure your employees, consumers, and guests are protected from violent intruders.  This course utilizes the “Run, Hide, Fight” method as a response to an active shooter situation, as outlined by the Federal Department of Homeland Security.
