Today’s residents arrive with multiple devices and rising expectations for reliable technology support. As senior living communities invest more in digital tools, the need for structured, responsive resident tech support has never been greater.
This practical, solutions-focused session explores how senior living organizations can design and sustain effective resident technology support and training programs. Drawing on real-world case studies from CCRCs, presenters will examine multiple service models, including in-house staff, volunteers, and outsourced solutions.
Participants will learn how to evaluate program options, engage residents and stakeholders, manage costs, and improve return on existing technology investments.
